Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. Paypal accounts are not required for checkout. Sales Tax: A 9.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California. Shipping Information: Amorouscents is happy to offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 on all orders. All products are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Amorouscents processes orders within three business days. We strive to have every item on hand, if there will be any sort of delay, we will contact you via email immediately. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Signatures are not required for our packages and we are not responsible for lost packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address. Return Policy: Products must be in excellent condition and unopened with a receipt within five (5) days of purchase. Upon receipt of your package, Amorouscents will issue a credit to be used on your next purchase. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate for the original purchase price. Please be aware that we do not apply credit back to credit cards or through Paypal. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged or incorrect items must be unused and have the protective shrink wrap and/or seal intact. Coupon/Discount Codes: Coupon/Discount Codes may come in the form of a percentage discount, free shipping or a monetary amount. Simply add the product to the shopping cart. When you go to checkout, enter your coupon code in the coupon code box and the discount will be applied to the total. Please be sure to enter the code during checkout. We will not be able to process the code retroactively. Gift Certificates: Amorouscents offers gift certificates which may be applied to any purchase through our websitr. Certificates in the amount of $10 or more are delivered immediately via email. Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Privacy Policy: We value our customers and respect their privacy. We collect information in an effort to improve our services and products. We do no sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. Your information is considered private and is strictly confidential.
